Milan are believed to be willing to offer cash in the region of €3 million plus their impressive and versatile youngster Stephan El Shaarawy to augment the deal.
El Shaarawy is expected to fly the colours of the Viola for six months or more depending on the terms reached during the loan agreement, if the Milan based outfit can successfully ward off British interest.
In the meantime, Arsene Wenger will be hoping to draw inspiration from the remnant of his huge financial warchest. The Arsenal tactician spent a club record fee of over £50 million on new additions during the just concluded summer transfer activities. However, it is obvious that one or two, maybe three signings will be needed to guarantee success in respect to the short run.
