Lazio (Zarate) and Fiorentina's (Montolivo) Directors Ready To Negotiate

Interesting news emanating from Italy suggests Arsenal might snap Ricardo Montolivo and Mauro Zarate in the coming hours, thanks to their respective clubs (Fiorentina and Lazio) decision to cash-in on the want-aways.

Fiorentina's sporting director Pantaleo Corvino has admitted to the press that the club is prepared to part company with Montolivo (26), but the move will be subject to "possible interesting bids."

While, Lazio's sporting director Igli Tare, isn't in the mood of making promises with regards to the future of its 24-year-old striker. He said of Zarate's situation: "For now he is ours. Later we will see."
