Arsenal Reach Agreement With Bremen To Sign Per Mertesacker

It appears that Arsenal's somewhat generous offer for Germany international Per Mertesacker has being accepted by Werder Bremen.

According to various unsubstantiated reports, the highly rated center back, who has made his mark on the daily bound to Arsenal front will be present at Ashburton Grove later for medicals.

we don't need Cahill he's just as average as the one's we have, he is just a big fish in a small pond. He will be shown up!! Mertesacker is quality and I think that is a shock transfer.
