No offer for Sami Khedira yet

Stuttgart's enterprising youngster Sami Khedira, might stay put in Germany, as confirmations of "no viable or tangible offers recieved" from prospective suitors flood in.

The impressive midfielder was instrumental to his country's World Cup campaign success, and as such, was expected to make waves in this summer's transfer window, the reverse according to Kicker.de is the case.

They understand that the 23-year-old, who is currently garnering his fair share of the speculative transfer activities in the Media and blogs alike, might not say 'yes' to an offer if one eventually arises, because the German outfit's coach Jochen Schneider, has promised to make him an integral part of the club which invariably means he's set to be the club's top earner next season, if he stays.

Schneider is adamant on Khedira's case, but it is only a matter of time, before a member of Europe's elite squad signals for his loan-powered cheque book which might force him to have a quick rethink.
