Gallas set to join Panathinaikos on a 2-year deal worth €5m

Panathinaikos have already initiated the move, and have discussed the personal terms of the contract with Gallas.

If reports emanating from France are to be trusted then out of contract Arsenal centre back William Gallas, is set to sign for Greek giants Panathinaikos as a free agent before the end of this summer's transfer period.

It's perfectly understood that Panathinaikos have expressed their interest formally, and are willing to match the defender's "extravagant" demands.
According to France Football the 32-year-old who is yet to accept the Gunners one-year deal offer has agreed to the terms (2-year deal worth €5m) being offered by the Greek side.
