Arsenal ultimatum for Koscielny

The Sun is confident Arsene Wenger will succeed in his alleged bid to lure highly-rated Lorient centre-back Laurent Koscielny to the Emirates before this week runs out.

The report believes the 24-year-old has all but agreed to terms of a four-year deal with the Arsenal and is hopeful the necessary paper-work will be thrashed out in no time, so he can complete the move without any problems.

This supposedly impressive development has prompted the Arsenal manager who I think should be in South Africa by now, to issue out an ultimatum to Lorient urging them to make up their minds concerning a new improved offer of £8m, which according to the reports will expire on Thursday - a day before World Cup soccer hostilities begin officially in South Africa.

I have seen his video but still unsure he is the man for us. Anyway, in Wenger we trust :)

Wenger believes in Djourou - remember that's why he sold Kolo Toure
and that might indirectly have something to do with William Gallas'
seemingly close exit. Lets hope Koscielny makes a good signing (i.e.
If we buy him) and hopefully Djourou will learn from the likes of Sol
Campbell and Vermaelen.
