Giorgio Chillieni might stay put at Juventus

Juventus have successfully implemented plans designed to re-create the feel good factor at Turin, after a dissapointing Serie A campaign that saw them finish six spots behind eventual champions Inter Milan.

Italian Newspaper Tuttosport believes the Old Lady is prepared to extend the contract of her coveted center back Giorgio Chillieni, whose current arrangement is due to expire soon. The 26-year-old Italy international's agent Davide Lippi is scheduled to meet with the Italian outfit's management on Friday or Tuesday (next week) in order to arrive at an acceptable agreement.

If the deal goes through, then it's safe to assume that it's one of many put in place by the Club in a desperate bid to retain the services of her experienced players.

According to some unsubstantiated rumours; If everything doesn't go as planned - The Emirates or The Estadio Santiago Bernabeu would be the former left back's preferred destination.
