Arsenal told to increase Koscielny's money and Hugo will welcome a move away from the DW Stadium preferably to Arsenal.

If you are an ardent reader of this blog, then you must have realised that I haven't been updating regularly, anyway I've been busy with school, and I appreciate and hope you'll understand - you can contribute by sending in your articles.

Sorry for digressing, Arsenal transfer target Hugo Rodallega, has in a nutshell confirmed reports that were earlier considered as baseless by a lot of Arsenal fanatics.

In an interview with the Sun Hugo says he is uncertain about his future ahead of next season. Although he didn't rule out the possibility of continuing his career at Wigan, where he bagged 10 goals for the latics last season to finish as their top goalscorer.
Speaking to the Sun Hugo said:

I don't know if I'll stay at Wigan. But I do know Arsenal have made an offer for me.

Meanwhile, French newspaper L'equipe has authoritatively revealed that French outfit Lorient has turned down a £4.2m bid from Arsenal for their impressive defender (Laurent Koscielny), who is garnering suitors from near and far.

The Gunners have been advised to raise the stakes because Lyon, Lille and Zenit St. Petersburg are also interested in the 24-year-old, who is valued at a paltry £7.6m.
