Owen Coyle: Bolton can shock Chelsea

Bolton's manager Owen Coyle believes his present crop of players have
what it takes to deliver a killer-punch to the blues title ambition.

The gaffer implored his team to take heart from Portmouth's FA Cup
semi-final win over Tottenham on Sunday by giving a whole-hearted
performance today at Stamford Bridge: "Nobody gave Portmouth a chance
yesterday after what they had been through, but that is always an
opportunity to go and produce a result and that is what we will look
to do," the former Burnley boss declared.

"We need to work our socks off for each other and show quality on the
ball when we get it.
There is no doubt that this is the toughest game that you can pick.
Chelsea are in great form and are the Champions elect in many people's
eyes and with Manchester United drawing yesterday (Sunday) that has
handed them another incentive."

The title race has taken a new twist all thanks to Big Sam and his
Blackburn warriors, hopefully Coyle's team will hand us another life-line by
derailing Chelsea's progress today.
The Bolton boss believes it is an advantage to be labelled an underdog
and charged his lads to be spurred by that fact: "But the nature of
football is that when you are at your best you can win any given game,
and that is how we will treat it. We recognise that we are playing
against a top quality team with world-class players but these are the
type of games you want to enter into.

"People forget that seven games we were in the bottom three but we
played very well and won games and by doing that we took ourselves
away from that dangerous position."

Coyle concluded by saying: "Our short term aim is to make sure that we
stay in the Premier League and that is what we intend to do.
We've got five games to go and we will do everything we can to get the
points that make us safe because it is in our hands."

Zola - Arsenal play like Barcelona

Former Chelsea player and current West Ham manager Gianfranco Zola,
showered praises on Arsenal's unique style of play and hammered
Chelsea for their uninspiring method.

He criticised Chelsea's football style not minding that he was still
revered at Stamford Bridge. He arrived at the conclusion that only
Barcelona were capable of matching Arsenal's tenacity and magnificient
ball control prowess.

Zola speaking in the aftermath, of another devastating blow to their
fight for survival in the Barclays Premier League, admitted that he
isn't ashamed to lose to Arsenal. Because they are a much better team.

"When we played Chelsea last week they probably didn't play with the
same quality or intensity as Arsenal," the Chelsea legend said.
"Arsenal are terrible, if you leave them a little bit of space they
punish you.

"Arsenal along with Barcelona, are the teams who are playing the best
football in Europe probably. They are very good to watch.

"Whether they are going to be able to do that until the end I don't
know. That's the question that everybody is asking."

Zola believes they should have walked out of the Emirates with at
least a goal or point to show for their troubles: "Arsenal played some
good football but there were some moments when we matched them
completely. Arsenal and Chelsea are both good teams and they will be
in contention until the end that is for sure."

Wolfsburg are desperate to hang on to their playmaker as clearly shown
in their decision to increase the star's value. Which means any
further negotiation for the Bosnian forward can be facilitated only if
the afore-mentioned teams are willing to cough out of their coffers a
whooping sum of €40m.

The 23-year-old has managed 14 goals in 30 appearances so far this season,
his goal scoring form last season was the catalyst that catapulted
Wolfsburg, to the summit of the Bundesliga, and ensured they ran out
eventual champions.

With Arsenal, Manchester United, Ac Milan and Chelsea tracking the
bosnian striker - they all might be tempted to look elsewhere for
other available options if they are unable to oblige Wolfsburg's huge demand.

Dzeko is a good and fantastic player, but speaking from a Gooner's
perspective we are undoubtedly out of the race for his signature.
We are not known to spend stupendous amounts on over-rated players and
I don't see why we would start now.

Speaking to Tutto Mercato web, an agent who claims to represent Dzeko said:
"Every day you read about "bombshells" on the market, but for now it
has stopped, also because the clubs have to see what they'll do next
year.
"They cannot plan their futures in February. They plan a little later.
One thing has been noted, though Milan like Dzeko as do many other
teams, but the player's value has increased.
"Edin is now worth €40m."
